How IT Works
Step 1: REQUEST A Ride
Immediate Pick-Up
Call or text 844-GO-PETTY (844-467-3889) with your pick-up location and number of passengers and a Petty King will be there within 10-15 mins.
Advanced Bookings
Schedule a ride online at least 24 hours in advance using the form below and rest easy knowing a Petty King will be there at the location and time you specify.
Step 2: Meet Your Rider
Pedicab Rides & Tours
Your Petty King will meet you out front of your pick-up location. They’ll send you a text when they are on their way, and give you a text or call upon arrival.
Ferry & Bus Pick-Ups
Your Petty King will meet you at the MacMillan Pier Ferry & Bus Terminal. They’ll send you a text when they’re on their way, and text or call upon arrival.
Step 3: Tip your rider
Pay-Per-Ride (Cash & Venmo)
All Petty Kings work for tips, and we encourage you to consider the number of passengers, length of ride, quality of service, and experience in deciding a fair amount. With that said, the average tip is $20 per ride, plus or minus based on the factors above.
All Petty Kings accept cash and will also have a QR code to scan at the end of the ride if you’d prefer Venmo.
Prepaid Ride Passes
We’ve eliminated the #1 complaint from customers with our new daily ride passes - eliminating the need to tip after each ride, and making it faster and easier to get around town by pedicab during your stay.
At the end of each ride, you will be able to quickly tap the prepaid “Petty Pass” in your digital wallet (or scan the QR code in your email).
